What Can Change Through Coaching

From untangling complexity to leading with intention - how personalised coaching builds confidence and capability that lasts.

Think more clearly about what matters.

Create space to step out of the noise, untangle what's competing for your attention and get clearer on what you actually want - not just what you think you should want.

Lead with greater intention.

Build awareness of your patterns, assumptions and impact so you can make more deliberate choices about how you lead, communicate and respond.

Our Approach To Coaching

Our coaching is inquiry-led, strengths-based and evidence-informed.

We draw on emotional intelligence, systems thinking, organisational development, neuroscience and positive psychology to help you explore both what's happening within you and what's happening around you.

We believe good coaching creates space for you to think, reflect and find your own way forward. But leadership development sometimes needs more than a thought-provoking conversation. When it will add value, we'll introduce relevant frameworks, research, tools or practical leadership education - then help you apply and test those ideas in your own context.

Together, we'll:

  • Notice what's happening: patterns, assumptions, strengths and challenges.
  • Explore what's underneath it: including the wider relationships and systems influencing the situation.
  • Choose how you want to respond: grounded in your values, goals and context.
  • Act on what matters: turning insight into practical experiments and intentional action.
  • Reflect on what happens: learning from experience and refining your approach.
The goal isn't to give you the answers. It's to strengthen your ability to find and act on the answers that fit your reality and desired growth.

Coaching that creates space to go deeper.

“Chantelle creates a supportive space from the moment you begin and throughout the session. She doesn’t rush, actively listens and allows for silence when needed. She helps you go deeper - not necessarily where you might want to go, but where meaningful transformation can happen for both the situation and the person.”
AMANDA

From insight to everyday practice.

"Chantelle helped me reflect on my communication style and how I prefer to be communicated with, along with practical tips to improve it in my daily conversations. I have clarity on how to maintain this awareness until it becomes second nature."
Pantelis

A balance of challenge, support and thoughtful reflection.

"I highly recommend Chantelle and her work for its careful balance of challenge and support, provocation and consideration, reflective contemplation and forward thinking."

How The Coaching Partnership Works

  • 1. Start with where you are
We'll begin with a conversation to understand what's happening now, what you're navigating and what you want to be different. We'll also explore whether coaching is the right support for you.
  • 2. Get clear on where you're going
Together, we'll define the outcomes that matter to you and identify the areas of focus most likely to create meaningful change. If your organisation is sponsoring the partnership, we'll incorporate relevant input from your sponsor while keeping the coaching relationship centred on you.
  • 3. Coach around what matters most
Choose a 6, 9 or 12-session partnership, with 60-minute sessions held fortnightly or monthly depending on your goals and rhythm.

Each conversation responds to what's most useful in that moment - rather than following a predetermined script.
  • 4. Take the work into real life
Between sessions, you'll have opportunities to reflect, experiment and practise. Practical tools and prompts help you apply what you're exploring to the conversations, decisions and challenges you're actually facing.
  • 5. Reflect, adapt and keep moving
We'll regularly step back to notice what's changing, what's getting in the way and what you want to work on next.

Our coaching goes far beyond insightful conversations - it’s about cultivating practical change that visibly shows up in how you lead, relate, and live.

Coaching Can Stand Alone or Sit Alongside Other Development

Sometimes coaching is exactly what you need. Sometimes it works even better alongside other learning.

1:1 coaching
can be a standalone partnership or added to:
Personalised support to apply a new capability to your specific context.
Deeper individual reflection and accountability alongside the shared cohort experience.
Individual coaching alongside your organisation's broader development journey.

Group coaching

Group coaching is offered exclusively within our Pathways and is an integral part of the experience.

It gives participants space to bring real challenges, learn from peers and colleagues, receive feedback and strengthen their application between capability-building blocks.

Need more group support? Additional group coaching sessions can be added to a pathway where a cohort would benefit from more space for reflection, practice or accountability.
Your next step

You don't need to have the answer before you start.

If there's something you're navigating, changing or wanting to do differently, let's explore whether 1:1 coaching could help.
