This 6-month Essentials Pathway integrates insight, skill-building, coaching and community to help you lead with more awareness, steadiness, and impact.

IDEAL FOR:

Leaders at any level - from emerging to experienced - who want to grow with intention and learn alongside others committed to leading well, relating well, and living well.

Each public cohort includes 10–16 participants from a range of sectors, creating rich, cross-disciplinary learning.

Ours focuses on transformation - integrating assessments, workshops, peer community and coaching to strengthen the mindsets, skills and behaviours leaders need to positively influence culture, drive performance, and sustain change.

3500 USD/AUD pp. Our pricing is designed to balance accessibility with depth. We’re committed to making transformational learning accessible. A limited number of sliding-scale Thriving Leaders Pathway (Public Cohort) places are available for educators, not-for-profit leaders, and individuals from marginalised or underrepresented groups. Our 1:1 coaching partnerships provide personalised support to help you enhance how you lead, relate, and live. Whether you’re navigating a new role, managing complex relationships, or seeking greater clarity and balance, coaching helps you strengthen the mindsets and habits that create sustainable impact.

We take a strengths-based, appreciative inquiry approach - grounded in the belief that you’re already resourceful and capable. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, clarify what’s getting in the way, and turn insight into intentional action.

IDEAL FOR:

Leaders and professionals who want personalised support and space to grow their capability to lead well, relate well, and live well.

You can engage in our 1:1 coaching partnerships either as a powerful add on to our workshops or Thriving Leaders pathway or as a standalone collaboration.

YOUR COACHING EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Discovery call: a chance to connect, explore fit, and clarify your goals.
  • Co-created coaching agreement: defining your desired outcomes and focus areas and clarification of our roles (with sponsor input if your organisation is funding).
  • Character strengths assessment + debrief: to identify your unique strengths and growth edges.
  • Personalised coaching sessions: (6, 9 or 12) 60-minute sessions held bi-weekly or monthly, tailored to your goals, needs and rhythm.
  • Between-session reflection + support: tools, prompts, and check-ins to keep progress on track.
