This 6-month Essentials Pathway integrates insight, skill-building, coaching and community to help you lead with more awareness, steadiness, and impact.

Our pricing is designed to balance accessibility with depth. We’re committed to making transformational learning accessible. A limited number of sliding-scale Thriving Leaders Pathway (Public Cohort) places are available for educators, not-for-profit leaders, and individuals from marginalised or underrepresented groups. Our Public Workshop Series are high-impact, application-focused experiences designed for leaders across all sectors who want to translate insight into action.


To maintain accessibility without compromising quality, a limited number of sliding-scale places are available for educators, not-for-profit leaders, and individuals from marginalised or underrepresented groups.

Group rates are available for three or more participants from the same organisation.

We intentionally cap our public leaders workshop series at 15 participants to protect the depth and quality of the experience.


This creates space for meaningful contribution, real-time application, and thoughtful reflection - where learning moves beyond ideas into action.
