To maintain accessibility without compromising quality, a limited number of sliding-scale places are available for educators, not-for-profit leaders, and individuals from marginalised or underrepresented groups.

  • Co-created coaching agreement: defining your desired outcomes and focus areas and clarification of our roles (with sponsor input if your workplace is funding the partnership).
  • Character strengths assessment + debrief: to identify your unique capacities and growth edges.
  • Personalised coaching sessions: (6, 9 or 12) 60-minute sessions held bi-weekly or monthly, tailored to your goals, needs and rhythm.
  • Between-session reflection + support: tools, prompts, and check-ins to keep progress on track.
