Facilitator, Change Catalyst, Culture Transformer Chantelle Kohn (she/her) is a facilitator, educator, and systems thinker with over 15 years’ experience in leadership development, culture change, and social impact across the non-profit, corporate, government, and education sectors.
Known for her warm-but-direct approach, Chantelle helps people make sense of complexity, build trust and connection, and create meaningful, lasting change - in both their personal and professional lives.
Before founding The Change Collab, Chantelle served as a Director of Learning and Development for a global NFP, leading facilitator training programs across Australia, Canada, the USA, and Brazil. She also designed and delivered leadership and culture-building workshops for organisations in Sydney, Brisbane, New York, San Francisco, and Toronto, and played a key role in expanding the NFP into new regions.
More recently, Chantelle has collaborated with the Queensland Department of Education and Central Queensland University to co-create a framework and professional learning modules that build educator capability for global competence. She has also lectured in the Bachelor of Education program and worked as a Research Assistant at CQUniversity, and is a DEIB Coach and Facilitator with Hone HQ.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education (Secondary) from The University of Queensland and a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University. She has undertaken further studies in Emotional Intelligence (Yale University), Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Organisational Development Coaching (Symbiosis), and Deep Diversity Leadership (Anima Leadership).
At her core, Chantelle believes that when people strengthen the human capabilities that help them lead well, relate well, and live well, we create cultures - and communities - where everyone can thrive, together. And that's the change she wants to help create in this world.
When she’s not facilitating culture change, you’ll likely find Chantelle dancing at live music events, getting lost in a good book, exploring different cultures throughout the world (40 countries and counting), or spending time outdoors with loved ones.
