Thriving Leaders Pathway
A 12-month, diagnostic-led leadership transformation system that shifts how leadership operates across individual, relational, and structural levels by embedding consistent ways of working directly into the rhythm of real organisational life.

Why Invest In The Thriving Leaders Pathway
In organisations, inconsistency is one of the biggest drivers of culture breakdown.
Leadership doesn’t fail because people lack capability. It fails when expectations, behaviours, and decisions vary across leaders, teams, and situations. Most leaders don’t struggle with knowing what good leadership looks like. They struggle with it showing up consistently, especially under pressure.
This pathway is designed to change that.
It supports leadership transformation that holds in real organisational contexts, moving beyond capability building into sustained, system-level behavioural change.
Unlike shorter workshop series, which build awareness and targeted capability, the Thriving Leaders Pathway creates deeper, more consistent change through integrated touch points over time. This includes leadership diagnosis, strategic alignment, group coaching, and structured embedding across individual, relational, and organisational levels.
This is for when you need leadership that:
-
Operates consistently across complexity, pressure, and change
-
Aligns shared expectations and behaviours across a cohort
-
Turns insight into embedded practice in real work contexts
-
Strengthens how people work, relate, and perform together
It is particularly valuable when:
-
Leadership approaches vary across teams, functions, or levels
-
Trust, accountability, or clarity are inconsistent
-
Leaders are navigating growth, change, or sustained pressure
-
Expectations and behaviours are not consistently understood or applied
-
Strategic priorities are not embedding despite effort
-
Performance and wellbeing feel in tension rather than aligned
When leadership development needs to stick, scale across a group, and shape how the organisation operates, this pathway provides the structure, reinforcement, and contextual integration to make that possible.
Learn → Apply → Reflect → Share → Refine
-
Leadership diagnosis to understand current reality, strengths, and the gap between current and desired leadership impact
-
Strategic alignment with the organisation to clarify expectations, behaviours, and leadership direction across the cohort
-
Embedded learning experiences focused on live leadership challenges, applied directly in context
-
Group coaching and peer sense-making to deepen reflection, surface insight, and strengthen accountability
-
Ongoing reinforcement through between-session prompts, nudges, and structured reflection
-
Shared reflection and meaning-making
-
Peer challenge and support
-
Collective accountability for change
-
Clarity of reality – leadership is grounded in a shared, evidence-based understanding of current strengths, gaps, and conditions
-
Clarity of expectation – leadership behaviours are explicitly aligned across a cohort, reducing interpretation drift
-
Integration into real work – development happens inside live leadership challenges, not outside them
-
Reinforcement over time – change is supported through coaching, reflection, and structured continuity
-
Organisational relevance – every focus area is anchored to real strategy, culture, and performance priorities
-
System consistency – leadership is developed as a connected experience, not isolated individual growth
-
Leadership assessment and individual debrief
-
Organisational alignment and strategy sessions
-
Targeted leadership workshops (context-specific)
-
Group coaching to apply learning in context and create shared accountability
-
Real-world application embedded between sessions
-
Reflection prompts and async micro-learning nudges
-
Private cohort community for ongoing support and accountability
-
Optional 1:1 coaching for deeper personalised development (additional cost)

Navigate complexity with greater calm, confidence, and resilience
-
Create healthier, more sustainable ways of working that support wellbeing and performance
Pathway Investment:
This is a high-investment, high-support pathway designed for meaningful, sustained transformation. To ensure depth and quality, only a limited number of cohorts are supported at any one time.
Investment is shaped by cohort size, depth of diagnostic and alignment work, and the level of ongoing support required to embed change across individual, relational, and structural levels.
We provide a tailored recommendation aligned to your goals, context, and priorities.
We believe this work matters for people, organisations, and the wider world. Where there is strong alignment, we are open to exploring ways to support access while maintaining the depth, quality, and impact required for meaningful change.
Our Cohort Approach
We intentionally design cohorts to protect the quality of the leadership experience.
For the Thriving Leaders Pathway, cohorts typically include 8–12 leaders. This creates the space for deep reflection, honest conversation, and real-time application.
Sustained leadership change does not happen in large, passive groups. It happens when leaders can:
-
work through real challenges together
-
build shared understanding, language, and expectations
-
practise new behaviours in the context of their day-to-day leadership
The cohort experience strengthens alignment and ensures learning translates into consistent leadership practice, not isolated individual growth.
For larger organisations, we deliver multiple cohorts and connect them through shared learning moments. This builds consistency in how leaders show up, strengthening culture and impact across the whole organisation.
Virtual Delivery:
The Thriving Leaders Pathway is delivered online to enhance accessibility, inclusion, sustainability and flexibility in scheduling across timezones and rural locations. In-person delivery may be arranged for larger engagements or special events and requires additional investment for travel and in-person facilitation costs.
Thriving Teams Pathway
Ideal For:
Best For:
- strengthen team culture and ways of working
- improve communication, alignment, and accountability
- create consistent team practices within and across teams
Why Invest In The Thriving Teams Pathway
High-performing teams don’t happen by chance. They are shaped by clear expectations, strong relationships, and consistent ways of working.
This pathway is designed to build those conditions over time.
It moves beyond capability building into sustained shifts in team dynamics, alignment, and accountability, through structured diagnosis, alignment, coaching, and embedded practice.
This is for when you want teams that:
-
Align quickly around priorities, roles, and expectations
-
Communicate openly and navigate challenge constructively
-
Take shared ownership for outcomes and follow-through
-
Collaborate consistently, not just when things are going well
-
Sustain performance without sacrificing wellbeing
It is particularly valuable when:
-
You are building new teams or scaling existing ones
-
You want to proactively strengthen culture and ways of working
-
You are navigating complexity, change, or increased pressure
-
Team dynamics are already impacting performance and need to shift
When improving team performance requires strengthening how teams operate, not just what they know - this pathway provides the structure and reinforcement to make that shift stick.
This creates an embedded system of change where learning is applied in real work, reflected on, and refined over time.
-
Team diagnosis to understand current dynamics, strengths, and the gap between current and desired ways of working
-
Strategic alignment to clarify team norms, expectations, and priorities
-
Embedded learning experiences focused on real team challenges, applied directly in context
-
Group coaching and peer reflection to deepen insight, strengthen accountability, and refine how the team operates
-
Ongoing reinforcement through between-session prompts, nudges, and structured reflection
-
Shared reflection and meaning-making
-
Peer challenge and support
-
Collective accountability for change
-
Clarity of reality – teams build a shared understanding of current dynamics, strengths, and challenges
-
Clarity of expectation – team norms and behaviours are explicitly aligned, reducing ambiguity and friction
-
Integration into real work – development happens inside real team interactions and priorities
-
Reinforcement over time – change is supported through coaching, reflection, and structured continuity
-
Contextual relevance – focus areas are grounded in real team goals, pressures, and environment
-
System consistency – ways of working are reinforced collectively, not left to individual interpretation
-
Team culture assessment and debrief

Pathway Investment
The Thriving Teams Pathway is a mid-level, high-impact investment designed to create sustained change in how teams operate and perform.
It sits between short-term capability building and organisation-wide leadership transformation - offering greater depth than workshop series, while maintaining a focused team-level scope.
Investment is shaped by cohort size, depth of diagnostic and alignment work, and the level of ongoing support required to embed change so people and performance can thrive, together.
We provide a tailored recommendation and investment overview based on your goals, context, and priorities.
Where there is strong alignment, we are open to exploring ways to support access while preserving the depth, quality, and impact required for meaningful change. We believe this work matters for people, organisations, and the wider world.
Our Cohort Approach
We intentionally design cohorts to protect the quality of the team experience.
For the Thriving Teams Pathway, cohorts typically include 15 - 20 participants. This ensures teams have the space to engage deeply, reflect honestly, and apply new ways of working in real time.
Sustained team change does not happen in large, passive groups. It happens when teams can:
-
work through real challenges together
-
build shared understanding and language
-
practice new behaviours in the context of their day-to-day work
Where possible, we work with intact teams or closely connected cross-functional groups. This ensures the learning translates into consistent ways of working, not isolated individual insight.
For larger organisations, we deliver multiple cohorts and connect them through shared learning moments. This strengthens alignment across teams while maintaining depth within each group.
Virtual Delivery
The Thriving Teams Pathway is delivered online to enhance accessibility, inclusion, sustainability, and flexibility across time zones and locations. In-person delivery may be arranged for larger engagements or specific team contexts and requires additional investment for travel and facilitation.
